The person who is appointed by the graduate and who is responsible to
guide and verify their mentee’s competencies in their working experience.

Mentee
The graduate who registered under the CARE programme and appoints a mentor
for respective areas of competencies.

Work Plan
Outline the specific job scope or tasks performed by the mentee or any
work purposefully designed to improve the skills of the mentee to
achieve the required competencies. The plan should be developed at the
beginning of the period of the CARE programme.
